💚💖💚Happy day xx of quarantine! I know it’s different for everyone, could be 9 weeks, could be 61 days, whatever it is, it’s been long. As you may or may not have noticed, it’s been difficult for me to keep up with social media things during this time. It’s a crazy balance, and a balance of crazy, you know? On one hand, I am grateful for this time with my family, I love having all the kids and Scott home, but at the same time, everyone’s lives are put on hold, some easier than others. Obviously Scott being furloughed from Disney with no unemployment as of yet isn’t something I feel like celebrating so it feels kind of fake to be “hooray!” about everything when that isn’t the case, but we are trying to remain positive and hopeful at home. Mostly it’s made me realize what I do and don’t enjoy doing in my life, and I certainly miss being able to drive off and explore a new place or take a stroll around World Showcase, but I don’t really miss never ending new cupcakes or ear hats...so it’s really making me reevaluate what I do here and why I do it. At the end of the day, I love sharing pretty photos here and hope it brightens people’s days. I love the colors of this photo, but I don’t really like the drink itself (it’s VERY sweet). Still, I wish I could be wandering Pandora right now and exploring moss walls and bioluminescent paths. We are planning to resume the podcast soon, so stay tuned for that if you’ve missed our silly conversations. Hopefully you’ve caught up on all our past episodes! I’d love to know how YOU are feeling. We are one.💚💙💜 . Happy Earth Day! It’s We are one.💚💙💜 . Happy Earth Day! It’s the 50th anniversary of Earth Day being celebrated for the first time in 1970. Fun fact: I flew home from my junior year trip to Europe, back to Boston, on Earth Day in 1990. During that trip, we visited Madrid and Toledo, Spain, and Paris and Versailles, France. I hope to someday visit both of those places again. In more recent years, I’ve explored this amazing planet closer to home, in this county at least. I think one of the greatest parts of Disney parks are that they often take their inspiration from the real world around us, inspiring us to seek these places out ourselves. I cannot wait to explore the earth once again and I hope we all do everything we can to preserve, protect and be sustainable inhabitants for years to come. 🌍🌏🌎

Remember places? Can you hear the waterfall? Smell Remember places? Can you hear the waterfall? Smell the scents of Whispering Canyon wafting in the air? Hear the whistle of the ferry boat? Birds chirping, bees buzzing, children laughing? Just stare for a moment, take a few deep breaths, and remember. It’s been a while since I posted, I will admit my instinct was to curl into a ball and not want to deal with reality or this new normal that’s been going on for over a month now. I clung to my family and didn’t feel like posting or sharing anything during this stressful time. But I realized I needed to take my own advice and acknowledge that we are all in this together. Some of us still working as usual (or more than usual), others are sadly separated from jobs we love and people we saw every day. But no matter our current situation, what we can all do together is remember.... Remember what we loved and what we want to see again. So when we come out on the other side of this, we see with clear hearts and minds what is truly important and what we want more (or less) of in our lives. What do you want to remember?

Thank you (yet again) to @tradzak for capturing this amazing 💛 on the #ContemporaryResort as well as a Mickey head on #BayLakeTower.✨ . This is such a fun “message” to see and I’m so appreciative to Disney for making the effort to bring a smile to folks, even across the miles. . It’s such an ever-changing new landscape of “new normal” and we just really don’t know how life will be on the other side of this. I think it will definitely be different but some things, like #DisneyParks, will (hopefully) always be there. We’ll be waiting for the all clear and staying home until then! . If you could put any Disney attraction in your bac If you could put any Disney attraction in your backyard, what would it be?✨ . I definitely wish that the People Mover were an actual form of transportation and I could hop over to surrounding areas with ease...but I think if I could have a ride in my backyard, it would have to be the Casey Jr. Circus Train 🚂 🦒🐒🦁🐘from Disneyland. (Because hopefully then I’d get the Storybook Land Canal Boats as a bonus? 🚤✨😅) What about you?
