In 2006, we visited in late April. Weather was perfect. In 2008, we went in mid February and it was rainy and cold. 2009, went in mid April and once again had perfect weather. Trying MNSSHP this year (early October). Personally, I'm partial to the paril trip because that's when we celebrate my birthday

OK…i voted 'fall' because i really love MNSSHP and all the fall decorations. but i also love late April and the flower festival.

I go when we have a free weekend. And marathon weekend. And sometime during the Food & Wine Festival. And the Wide World of Sports Cross Country Classic in Oct. ANd the Princess Half Marathon in Mar. And spring break. And when my brother in law visits in May. And my birthday weekend WITHOUT the kids.

When I didn't live locally, I visited in the fall for MNSSHP and Food & Wine. Now that I live close by, I go as often as I can :^)

I LOVE the fall. My birthday is on Halloween, which makes that time extra nice. And the weather is fantastic. But since our daughter reached school age, it looks like we will generally be summer visitors now.
