  • 8 days until the International Epcot Food & Wine Festival begins! Figment and I are ready for 87 days of food and fun! . My best tip is, if you can, avoid weekends! “Drinking around the World” happens a lot more then, it’s majorly crowded and kind of crazy. If you are wanting to try the food booths, stroll around during the week when they open, and then hang out for an Eat to the Beat concert. The concerts make a great date night option too! . What are you most looking forward to this year at #TasteEpcot?
  • Let’s explore my favorite part of #Batuu in #GalaxysEdge - Dok-Ondar’s Den of Antiquities. . This place is heaven on Earth...I mean, Batuu...for any Star Wars fan. I could’ve spent hours just roaming around and finding new details. Here are some highlights and quick videos of some of the incredible sights, sounds, and Jedi lore within - including a baby Sarlacc! . What’s the one item you would want to trade with Dok-Ondar for? . I think I’d like to see if I could care for an abandoned Ewok...I’d be a great Ewok mother I think! 🐻😄

  • 💚💙The insta-famous Blue Milk/Green Milk combo! If you can’t decide which to try of these frozen, non-dairy concoctions, try both (and get an extra cup if you want to mix them like above!) which would make Aunt Beru and Luke Skywalker proud...I think? 😆 . 💙The blue milk is a blend of coconut and rice milks with flavors or dragon fruit, pineapple, lime, and watermelon. To me, this tasted like a Hawaiian air freshener smells...or Fruit Stripe gum haha. . 💚The green milk is also coconut and rice milks with mandarin orange, passion fruit, grapefruit, and orange blossom. To me, this one was like a floor cleaner smells 😬 maybe it was the grapefruit, I dunno, but this one was even less appealing to me. . Both of these come in alcoholic versions, the blue adds Bacardi Rum and the green adds Corazon Blanco tequila. I tried the blue with alcohol Saturday and you can’t really taste much. (thanks to @vegandisneyfood for these descriptions check site her out!) . My recommendations, if you aren’t a big fruity flavored person (which normally I am!) is maybe have a sip of a friends just to say you’ve tried it haha. And if you’re looking for alcoholic options, I’d stick with Oga’s Cantina which will be a better bang for your buck. . You can also get a light up souvenir sipper so you can carry your favorite around with you if you are a fan of these drinks. Scroll to see prices and the sipper! . Have you tried either?   • So nice to finally see some blue skies and #BrightSuns in #Batuu yesterday! Had an amazing time drinking and eating and exploring with @vegandisneyfood (@amandatinney), @mousesteps Denise and @mousestepsweekly Jeff! I also bumped into so many old twitter pals I haven’t seen in ages @heatherw25, @mrbrettyoung, @disdug, had a @schmooferino sighting, @ryno1185 and I shared our love for Ewoks, and ran into (almost literally) @ashleyeckstein from @heruniverse too! (And probably more I’m forgetting) Such a fun day at #GalaxysEdge 💫🌔✨ . I’m trying to decide if I prefer Batuu in the day or night...which is your favorite so far? #TilTheSpire!
  • My favorite section of #Batuu was the Market area. In all of the previews and presentations I’d seen of Galaxy’s Edge, this seemed like the most unique and intriguing, and it did not disappoint. The amount of detail that is in this small section is mind-boggling. It is open-air and HOT, even at night but that only adds to the authenticity of the space. I can’t wait to go back and explore more. Here are a few photos just of the top of the marketplace (I love lighting shots what can I say) as well as a peek at Ronto Roasters, the area behind the market and the entrance to the market at night.
  • I know Galaxy’s Edge has been covered far and wide, and even tho I am an original movie fan, I wasn’t *incredibly* excited to see this new land. However - I was really blown away by the the details. Honestly, it didn’t matter to me that it was Star Wars, but the fact that I had that vague familiarity made it seem more comfortable and welcoming. Anyway, I’ll have a blog post up soon with my thoughts but I just wanted to share some of my nighttime photos. ✨Rising Moons! 🌕
